1. Dynamic 6-Side Scanning DWS (Dimensioning-Weighing-Scanning) System
Function: Uses high-speed cameras and sensors to scan all six sides of parcels, capturing weight, volume, and barcode data in real time, then automatically assigns sorting paths.
Advantages: High precision (±1mm volume measurement), high-speed processing (up to 5,000 parcels/hour), and compatibility with complex barcodes (e.g., wrinkled or damaged labels).
Integration: Syncs with the sorting system for dynamic decision-making.

2. Paddlewheel Sorter
Sorting Method: Electric paddles rapidly divert parcels to 5 target chutes, with a sorting capacity of 7,000 parcels/hour.
Applications: Small-to-medium parcels (0.1–50kg), multi-directional sorting (e.g., e-commerce, logistics hubs).
Accuracy: Sorting accuracy ≥99.5%, compatible with barcode/RFID recognition.

 

3. 10-Meter Powered Telescopic Belt Conveyor
Function: Extendable length (e.g., 5m→10m) for flexible docking with trucks/loading zones, adapting to varying vehicle sizes.
Power: Motorized drum-driven, load capacity up to 50kg/m², adjustable speed (0.3–1.5m/s).

 

4. 10-Meter Powered Telescopic Roller Conveyor
Purpose: Handles heavy or rigid packages (e.g., cartons), with telescopic design for adaptable loading/unloading distances.
