Five-side scanning dynamic DWS system consists of parcel information acquisition module and dynamic weighing module. The parcel information acquisition module is equipped with 5 sets of scanning cameras and 1 set of volume measurement module. The scanning cameras are set up in 5 positions at the front, back, left, right and top, which can read the parcel face sheet information from different angles, and the volume measurement module is also assumed to be at the top position, which can dynamically measure the volume information of the parcels. When the parcels are transported to the dynamic weighing section by the conveyor belt, the parcel information acquisition module will obtain the parcel face information and the parcel volume information in real time, and the weighing module will dynamically measure the parcel weight; the parcel information obtained by the DWS system will be immediately uploaded to the industrial control machine, and then calculated and processed by the software of the industrial control machine according to the preset. All the successfully processed goods list number, weight information and photos are stored in the machine for retrieval. The whole process takes less than one second, which greatly improves the parcel processing speed of e-commerce and warehousing.
