Core Workflow

  1. Induction: An operator places parcels onto the main conveyor line.

  2. Data Capture: Parcels pass through the Dynamic DWS unit, where Scanning, Weighing, and Dimensioning occur instantly.

  3. Data Processing & Decision: The central control system identifies the destination (e.g., “Yangpu District, Shanghai”) and assigns the parcel to a specific gate (e.g., Gate 3).

  4. Path Planning: The system calculates the optimal route through the wheel sorter network to reach the assigned gate.

  5. Sorting Execution: At the required diversion point, the wheel sorter’s rollers rotate to gently guide the parcel onto the correct branch line.
